Oh please, tell me what this is based on?

Are you gullable enough to believe the Labour rhetoric? Maybe you should buy more wheelie bins for your rubbish ready for when the Labour Party get voted back in, remember the Winter of Discontent? - oh, sorry that is ancient history isn't it.

Not based on anything as it's the future - let's see what happens. I just hope the Lib part can tone them down a little.

It's what the country voted for so only fair - unless Lab and Con could've formed a coalition!

How quickly we all forget eh.......

I think the sour grapes of the Nu Lab supporters is about to come to the fore.

Conservatives and Lib dems sharing the same bed, they might be able to see past their differences for the honeymoon and get it on together.

However once the honeymoon's over and the synics turn their focus on them, watch the sparks fly.

We'll be voting again in a years time, why do you think Labour went so easyly? "Its what the public wanted" they say, more likely they go away and re-group their efforts and come back fighting whilst the press tear apart the Con-Lib coalition.

I'm not sure where the loathing comes from either.
I have personally done quite well under this government, so have all others I know and yet they condemn it.

How soon we forget the Thatcher era, where the F U mentality is what really trashed this country and the legacy remains.
I suspect many of you with a lot to say are under forty.
I suggest then, you go and do more research - specifically search for Tory policies and look under:

'Unemployment'
'Tax'
'Mortgage Rates'
'NHS'
'Privitisation'
'Banking'

And tell me once again that you think that Cameron will look after you.
Asuuming you are in the top ten percent of the UK earnings bracket then you may indeed correct me.
But you are on here, so I suspect you are maybe aspiring to nothing more than a mirage.

Today is a sad day indeed, and for all his shortcomings that was one PM that had a real passion for his country, rather than the Cameron-esque Tory passion of F U I'm okay jack.

And remember, its not just Cameron calling the shots, you have that other washed up loser Clegg who is only interested in fame and fortune at your cost.

That would take a memory so selective as to be almost inhuman.

...I've lived under, and remember, Callaghan, Thatcher, Major and Brown.

For the first time, I am tangibly worried about the future of the country - due to the new crowd now running the place. I hope my fears are unfounded, but I'm totally unconvinced by the competency and sincerity of nearly all of them.

Skip to 5.53 in the link below....

...pretty funny! But Osbourne, nasty!

EDIT - £6BN in cuts confirmed as Tory policy on BBC- Lib Dems haven't blocked it. Oh dear. The misery begins......

Funningly enough there are 25 Scottish members at the Golf Club where my other half works and to the best of my knowledge all are Tories lol. One used to be MD of a well known UK company and I remember his desparation and rantings about devolution being economical suicide..........I can hear him now.
