Once you start to hit power like that, do you need a new clutch?

OEM clutch usually starts going with only full bolt on.

Depends on the condition of your clutch. Mileage, how you drive etc. If your clutch is new and if you tune the peak torque to 450lbft max, you can live with the stock clutch for some time.

My clutch started slipping after I put methanol on stock turbos.
