E93 Front & Rear aftermarket Camera ModMyNav
When I traded in my last car, the dealer told me to take out any mods I want to keep, as they weren't paying me for them anyways. So I removed my front and rear view cameras. I had no idea that I would be installing them in my 335i e93.
While reading and researching many treads, I saw this thread that talked about something called ModMyNav. After doing more research, I read where you can use OEM or optional kit cameras or aftermarket. Well, I knew my cameras worked well and if this ModMyNav module can input the data from my cameras to my nav display, I had to have one. Kris, at modmynav.com is a forum vender and is very helpful and quick to respond to your questions. The install instructions are easy to follow and takes a full day to do. The pdf files will guide the install of the ModMyNav module and install the kit cameras. It also helped me guide my camera harnesses to the module too. Thank you. The cameras sure make backing into the garage quicker now. It just makes the Park Assist go over the top.

I had that system in my 06 E90 and loved it. I sold that car and had that system laying around so I decided to install it in my 2011 E93 but found out I needed to purchase a new module for it to work, I am debating going back with it. Mainly since I had my iPod video running to one of the 3 video inputs and I do not want to have to control my iPod from the iPod again. So I have been thinking of going with the Bimmerretrofit option.
