330am I'm up earlier then my 4am alarm. Feelin great and even better as roads are reported as wet and everything looks good. Might be a rainy drive, but everything looks good for a 630 meet up and soon there after departure!

Good news: My car should be fixed and ready to roll by lunchtime.

Iffy news: Since sunrise chain laws have been put into effect for commercial vehicles for the passes, and snowpack is on the roads. Camera shots of Vail Pass look rather messy. Hopefully it will be all dry by 2pm-ish!

Maruta and I will see you there.

From the looks of it, my idle air valve failure and last-minute replacement may have meant we got into Vegas at 3am, but we missed the snowpack adventure, too. (Too bad we didn't miss the windstorm in Utah. The elements conspiring against us?)
