Parts were paved, but not all. I couldn't follow that exact route because some of the connecting roads didn't seem to exist. But, I hit all of what I posted eventually. The uppermost portion is a one lane gravel road that constantly climbs and descends and has embankments lining the road the entire way. I guarantee 95% of you would NEVER have driven on it. And, you would have missed out HUGE. So much fun. My front bumper is a little worse for wear, but it was totally worth it. I'll get the front bumper fitment right, soon.

I've been on some VERY fun roads when I had my R1200GS up there (I'm talking deal's Gap like curves on the dirt). And it might even be the same roads you went on. But yeah, Victoria's gonna have to "age" a little bit more before I willingly go rallying down dirt roads! LOL |

Nice R&D Clayton. I'm gonna have to hit it up.
I don't know how I did it but I found some dirt/hard clay roads like the ones you are describing by default in my M3 and went totally Duke of Hazard style. I blew my rear shock mount but it was worth it, and now they are reinforced and ready for more. People seem to forget some of the best BMW's ever made/modified were hill climb and rally cars. I'm hoping this rally cross thing keeps growing. Dirt roads with snow out in Colorado are the best http://www.vidoevo.com/yvideo.php?i=...-alfred-glaser
