Can any of you that went last year, give a quick summary of what you did there? I see there will be an event at LVMS, but what other events are going on (or went on last year)? Is it very structured or just a few things going on and the rest you're free to do what you want?

I'm thinking of coming with my son (6), wife and daughter (4) may come also. Have driven to Vegas with the family before, no issues there.

Here is quick overview of how it went......From Friday morning all the way through Sunday Evening there are activities that you can participate in all day if you choose. This includes everything from a cars and coffee meet, to go carts, to VIP access to some of the best clubs in Vegas, runs at the track (LVMS), car show, drives, ect...It was a blast. Matt and I both brought our dads so us four did our own thing a bunch of the time but I think David went to all the activities....One other-thing that I thought was cool was that MFEST participants had the option to get a suite at the Palazzo for a discount. And a huge portion of the parking garage was reserved for MFEST so we got there early and grabbed some beers then just watched all the bimmers roll in.

Does that help? It was definitely worth it. I think including gas, gambling, food, and the hotel I only spent about 800.

How much is for the event? I'm not much of a gambler. Hopefully I don't spend too much

Per person was $135. This included all of the following........

Parking in our own private sectioned off parking area in the Palazzo. Ability to register your room at the reduced rate of $145 a night (from like $250+ a night, a GREAT deal for the room), a gift bag that has mfest shirt and other goodies (calendar and little things), they rented out an indoor go cart track next to the palms that we did from 4-8pm, that was a blast. We were pretty drunk and they still let us do it. It has an arcade and things too included. (didnt drive there, taxi'd it over and left the car at the hotel Friday night). Then on Saturday, it included cars and coffee and entrance to the track day at the LVMS and then that night it included FREE ENTRY and NO LINE to Tao, and FREE DRINKS from 9-11, and then the vendors took care of everyone. Id say for just this alone, it pays for the $135. Oh yea, free entry and 4 free drinks at LAVO friday night too.

Then it was extra to run the track, not sure on that price, but I think it was $150. We will see what they do this year. Im hoping they get a runway or something and we can do 1-mile pulls, that would be awesome.

It was a great time last year and the more merrier.

Yup I did all the things and had a hell of a time. I was also car #97 of 194 in the Guiness World Record run after the Jean meetup. We could get 300+ cars this year if all the people who get in early get their asses up for the meet up
