Im not from NY but this guy does great work. But Im not sure how far he is from you. But worth taking a look at.

Hes not new to tattooing. Hes been around for a while and a very good artist. Just google his name that might have been old info I gave you.

I had my tattoo done by one of the artist named syxx, they were all very cool people, seamed strange at first but all very cool once we started talking, very clean and professional. prices are pretty cheap compared to other tattoo shops in the area and there work is very underated.

i came across tat artists that did more of peoples faces so i know what your trying to tell me.
