29dc code- any ideas?

Got a 29dc on track this weekend, sending me into a hard limp mode. I shut down and restarted the engine on the front straight, and finished the lap to get off and pull codes. I have index 12 injectors, installed last year, a Fuel-it bucketless stage 2 with their hydromat T-pickup. Could it be the HPFP going out? Any other ideas?
