Please Type Normally So That People Can Understand Better What You Are Asking
rephrase for you: Is the delay you are experiencing during launching the 335i from a dig normal for the JB2? If not, what can you do to eliminate the delay?

Ironically enough you've forgotten to capitalize your user name.

I'm trying to figure out why you are running a JB2 on an 09.
Hopefully you didn't connect all of the wires.

in otherwords. from the stopped position. when i push the pedal while holding the brake to approx 1800rpm (as suggested) the car not in DTC mode has a slight delay of power to the turbos. there is a slight pause from the push down of the pedal to the cars reaction in an immediate takeoff. this occurs whether or not i ride the rpms 1800 or if i just punch it from idle. is this common for the JUICEBOX 2 tuner on a 335i. instead of just taking off immediately, it feels like a delayed response to full acceleration and torque

mainly just making sure this is normal and not a connection or installation error. its possible i just expected more than what the outcome is. I just thought it would pick up and go with no delay but ive noticed on this site and some other forums this is typical for the 335 bc BMW geared it for a more comfort drive and reared away from pure performance and pick up. regardless as long as this is common no matter how its explained im simply just making sure there is nothing wrong with the installation . thanks for the input

def drove it prior to installation. I can obviously feel and notice the difference. my question was in regard to be assured the "turbo lag" or whatever youd like to call it was normal and not circumstantial due to faulty installation. Im definately more confident that it was done right the more ive read and i appreciate the input from everyone.

are you talking about a "lurch" or a "lag" feeling?

The lurches in the step are ridiculous and pretty unpredictable.

You need to go back to your ecu and disconnect the blue and green wires so your computor will not hide hidden codes.

I don't know if this is going to fix your lag off the line, but it will help with your warranty when going in to the dealer.
The newer ECUs store hidden codes.

in doing this will i lose any hp or torgue from the jb2, and this will only not allow the detection to occur not effect the performance from the jb? just to make sure
