oil cooler recall?
my car was at the dealer for cosmetic probs. it was ready today but my SA called me and told me they just received a recall on oil coolers. aparently they may not have been installed correctly from the beginning or something? he didnt give me details, nor did we have time to discuss it. he said he would be receiving 20 of them this afternoon and would try to get it done today
may 07 build, sport package and yes i know i already have an oil cooler does anyone know about this? |

i woudlnt put it past them to bullshit me. they have taken 2 weeks to put on a new lip and clearbra that they damaged. seems everyone has gotten sick or didnt show up to work for one reason or another and now this
on top of that they found another scratch that they put on my car while it was being repaired for a scratch that they put on my car lol... further delays. |

i have accepted andcome to terms with where i live. its like expecting a 5 yearold to be a rocket scientist. sometimes you just cant expect that. they are fixing my car (i think) and they fix anything they damage and they give me a brand new car to drive while they wallow in their incompetence. i suppose i couldnt expect or ask for more
i guess i settle for this and try to be patient because i dont think theres anything i can do to make things better, and all i will do is rock the boat and make waves. i might as well just try to stay in good terms |

update: so they aparently installed a new oil cooler. now waiting for the update. yesterday the "isis?" server was down or something and today there were a bunch of "suits" there to fix it. but they are getting started on updating my car . it aparently takes 3.5hrs to do this
can anyone confirm? i asked if those 3.5hrs gets me porn uploaded to my car as well but apparently, it does not. |

they still havent figured out this programming thing. aparently the regional representative is coming through. does anyone have a clue about whats going on? their excuse is that its a new car and they dont have any experience with it.
i wish a service rep with some knowedge could chime in on this.. |
