I think I'll do just that. Actually spend some time behind the wheel and take it to the track first. If I'm still disenchanted, I'll get rid of it for dirt cheap or part out and move onto something else

New shape has been out for a few years now. They are getting cheaper too.

Would have to be someone who really likes the e shape and the n54.

G/L with the sale Kent, its always difficult to sell an extremely modded car as the majority of buyers associate this with a car that's been molested and thrashed!

I placed my 335i up for sale a few years back as I wasn't really using it a great deal and was going to invest some $ in property. I had lots of interest albeit they were giving me offers of what a stock car of similar mileage were going for (by memory I had $55k on it and was happy to take $50k, I had spent $25k in mods so I would have taken a $25k haircut after 18 months of ownership if it sold for $50k)

Sadly with highly modded cars if you're serious about selling, parting it out is the best method, albeit I totally understand why you wouldn't want to when the majority of the car is no longer stock and you haven't retained your oem parts high labour costs etc also

chances are it wont sell and you'll get her back and hopefully once you're reunited the passion is rekindled

Shane, I am gonna throw up a ridiculous amount on carsales once I get it back.

It's strange. I've missed getting into my car for a long time, but since the accident, I really haven't felt a desire to be in it at all. I guess I've been super busy in the last month as well with Port Mqcquarie and all.

Thanks everyone for the feedback!

Convert away. Should be mid to high 600s rwhp/rwtq. Or in other words, in the 500 kw range. What am I shooting for?

Doesn't matter. It's just a number. And as I clearly stated at the end of my OP, it was just for a bit of attention. All of the parts except for the intercooler have arrived, so I think I'm gonna get it back on the road first and do the intercooler when it arrives from Germany later. Put my ass in the car and see if I still feel like keeping it. If I do, then it's Nizpro gearbox. Once I have the gearbox, I won't need to be most powerful to be world's quickest E93 :P

ahhaha you're a crack up socks.

Also realised I've commited to the NBT install. May as well see it through as well and see if it makes it feel like a new car so I don't have to go buy a new one.

CIC made me feel like I was driving a new car let alone NBT. Also M3 cluster gives you the same feeling as well as the M3 bonnet. The power dome makes you feel like a god behind the wheel lol
