Chirping diverter valves?

When I have the car on a higher power map, I notice when revving at a standstill up to 2000 or 2500 rpm and letting go, that theres a farty chirp type noise coming from the firewall right where the diverter valves are.

Is this a sign they need replaced? Does it do any harm? Seeing as its just when releasing pressure Im guessing it wont cause a boost leak.
