There's 3 weeks left. Are we still planning for the installs on Friday, March 2? If so I need to submit a personal leave request at work ASAP. And what is Shiv's flight itinerary for those volunteering to pick him up (aznevoviii and me)?

I also sent Shiv a PM last week about drive tuning and data logging but never heard back. Basically a knowledgable friend of mine said that proper custom tuning should not only involve dyno runs but actual street driving as well to factor in load bearing and stress. He also recommended different maps for winter and non-winter fuel to minimize pinging. So I asked Shiv whether it is a good idea to data log 3rd gear pulls ahead of time (with something like Tari Racing freeware), since it seems like there won't be time for road runs on Saturday.

I took Friday off just in case so I can be there whenever.

I think, as far as i know, still planning to do a massive group install on friday night either at my garage or at someone else's depending on which airport shiv flies into. Coming from atlanta, im not sure how early you would have to wake up on Saturday morning to get here, although if you dont mind being one of the latter cars, then im sure its all the same.

Also i think if 1 or 2 people do not do the group install on Friday, that would be ok since, on saturday you would have 7-8 people who will know how to install it, so shiv can keep on tuning without wasting his time doing that.

If we're talking 9 cars, we can do them all in one day just as long as we do the installation the previous night somewhere (in someone's garage for instance). If we extend it to 2 days, we easily do up to 15-16 cars and do everything during the two days (no need to do a prior install). What do you guys think?

All we need to know is when your flying in and what airport.
