Saw this add on CL, love the exterior color, interior not so much. Looks like a deal.

I see this car all the time!!! Sucks it has a rebuilt title and interior color with that exterior color just really sucks. Wish the interior was black.

I totally agree with you! Exterior is on point but inside not at all.

I wonder why it got a re-built title, sometimes it can be something really minor.

Great catch on the mirrors, perhaps that has something to do with the re-built title. In the background they have other e90's, a Frankenstein M3 in Hialeah! LoL

I don't give a shit about the title. I'd hold on to this car forever!

Just get some black out grills and a CSL trunk with LED LCI's and it's a deal!

That price is ridiculous, though!

its cause its pre lci. 08 was the only year they didnt have the LCI LED tails.

By looking at the engine bay it has to be M, there is no way that they can fake it that much!

Hmm, fire orange over red and not even the correct mirrors. Plus its dirt cheap. Im going to guess and say it prob had some MAJOR damage and it was a complete respray and new build. I wouldn't touch that car

I would just stay away from rebuilt titles. I had bad experiences going that route before.

Details? I've always wondered what the problem is with buying a once wrecked car if your planning on keeping it for awhile...

If you don't care about resale...why not? Obviously as long as the reason it was total wasn't too crazy!

Back in my fast and furious days

i had a thing for the Eclipse GS-T's but i only had money to buy RS models, So i took a gamble and bought a used 98 GS-T blk/blk. my dream car at the time, but it had a rebuilt tittle. I actually had a mechanic look at it and he game me the okay to buy. Car ran great..... when it wasnt at the mechanic shop, which was half the time, I had all type of issues from craked frame, AC, bent valves, you name it. all in all about 12K in repair bills in the four years that i had it. i was just lucky that i took a 3rd party insurance on it and they covered all the repairs.

So moral of the story, I wont ever reach and buy a rebuilt again, even for a "steal". you never know what actually is going on with that car history.

I always love how these ad's have so many pictures, with the most lack luster description.

The mirrors were a dead giveaway that there is something wrong here, besides the color combo.

Also... not nearly enough armor all inside the engine bay :troll:
