charge pip torx screw won't come out

has anyone had a problem with the Torx screw marked #2 on the picture not come out? I keep turning it and it doesn't go anywhere.

Did you try pulling up on it? It has a rubber grommet that may keep it in place even though it's been unscrewed.

If I recall correctly it takes some effort to actually get it off the CP.

If you remove the CP you will notice that screw will stay with it.

If it's still stuck in the threads then IDK maybe you stripped it.

But normally once you loosen the bolt it is still attached to the CP and still takes some effort to remove it off of the CP. I personally never removed that bolt off the CP in fear of breaking something LOL

It fooled me too but the bolt is captive - just lift the pipe off.
