What does this look like to you?
So I was out at the Londoner in Frisco a few weekends ago - I come out to find this:
I think it's a kick, soft object swung at a high rate of speed....no paint transfer, and no paint chips leads me to rule out a door, trailer hitch, etc... what do you guys think?? Last edited by The_Natural; 08-07-2012 at 11:51 AM.. Reason: image size |

yeah GOT is prlly right. i dont think someone could have faceplanted into your car and bent the line like that in your fender. At least not easily. Then again, i'd like to see someone try that LOL

I was thinking a kick, maybe a punch or something - a bumper would leave paint transfer wouldn't it? and those dimples at the top look like something hit it with downward force...
either way, thank goodness for insurance - estimate is $4,128. |

I was parked in the parking lot, by The Londoner, closer to the Lemon Bar (not opened yet)
I purposely parked far away, and not like an ass - because I didn't want things such as this to happen. I parked too far from The Londoner to be on any of their surveillance cameras |

It looks like two hits. Probably the first up on the crease which didn't satisfy him then the second in the lower portion which really caved it in. Both dents have the same general mark. Almost looks like a cloven hoof! Did you piss off a deer???

If someone slowly backed straight on into your fender in a SUV or truck I could see it leaving no paint. If it was a kick there would be a shoe print unless they were cleaver enough to wipe it off

What interests me is the parallel dents in two spots. Like a tool with two prongs or something on it.

Sorry that looks painful .....
Can be door dings, but on purpose, that is why its severe. Noticed the top and bottom marks are parallel. The owner car that hit you properly have thoes door edge rubber/abs protector that is why no pain is left behind. Or maybe shopping cart, where there any shopping cart around? |

had to be intentional... only a malicious bastard would do the rear qp where it is not easily replaceable. all other areas of the car are simple to replace.
