MTEC Foglight Bulbs

Hey everyone,

I just recently purchased these from E92 Lighting but I was wondering if the output of light was good at all? I installed them yesterday and it seemed that the stock fogs were brighter, could that be?

E92 Lighting was great to work with and shipped these things FAST! Just wondering people's thoughts. I appreciate any comments!

I bought MTEC fogs for my car and mine are pretty bright. One thing I noticed is with the old oem bulbs they were yellow and you noticed that right when you turn them on because of the difference in color with the headlights. With the MTEC, they are white and you don't notice they're on because they match the xenon headlights really well.

The fogs on my e90 m-sport lights up the road poorly, and I remember it was that way even with the OEM bulbs.
The can remember that the e46 had better fog light.

Right and I feel that the oem bulbs were better then these. I can barely see 10 feet in front of the car with them on. Weird!

haha okok...i really don't know much about the HID setup's. I am currently running LUX H8's and I want to go with that blue look to the fogs.

I have the Mtec bulbs for my fogs and I'm not that impressed with them. If you're going halogen, I'd go with GP Thunders, otherwise go with HID for fogs. Here's a picture of what cosmos blue looks like on my car.

My MTEC bulbs are so dull! I literally can't see 10 feet in front of my car. I just don't know what HID setups to go with! HELP! LOL
