Egr/injector missfire

Hi guys i am still trying to trace fault i have with my 318d n47 i have awful missfire type situation where car is undriveable only codes have now are 4b10 and 4b11 cylinder 3 and 4 are bad smoothness readings i tried swapping injectors around but still fault is 3 and 4 ( although did not reset or re code injectors to new cylinders) it runs very lumpy no nasty knocks or bangs tho anyone know if i can do egr test on ista i have electronic type, also can anyone explain what the actuator is for at bottom of egr cooler and what it does thanks
