battery registration

Hello,

I'm looking into DIY replacing my battery with an aftermarket one. I understand it should be registered if going this route. Does anyone have the a laptop/cable setup they could help me with doing this?

Depends where in SoCal.

If in Sandy Eggo, I can help you out. I registered my new battery, though since it was a BMW exact replacement, I didn't have to change the type (AGM vs non-AGM) or charge/hour (Ah).
