E92 and e93 logic 7

Hi, I’m about to pull the plug and buy a logic 7 kit from eBay. The logic 7 is coming from an e93 cabrio but he’s going through throw in the parcel shelf speakers.

Does anyone know if the harness is different and I’ll be fitting it to my e92. Or is it just a case of wiring the two extra speakers into the amp as I imagine the layout for the harness to everything else *should* be the same as an e92?

Any thoughts?

P.s I want logic 7 not aftermarket as I was this as oem as possible.

Ops is it easy to cut holes in the rear deck / parcel shelf for the speakers or do I need a new rear deck?

Cheers

Base audio no amp.

Got the parts, just on fitting them now. Got a problem with the amp I bought though so stalled a bit. Fitted the door speakers and tweeters. Most cable and amp power is in. Gonna wire up the front door and rear speakers tomorrow. Car is coded and plays music when I’ve tested it. Been relatively easy so far. Made a hash of the most distribution plug repin though 😂 but got it sorted.

I’ve attempted to run wires from the amp to the back of the head unit and have hit a snag. What i thought was the front right turns out to be the under driver dash speaker .

Has anyone got a guide to tapping into the wiring harness that is near the door sills by the front seats. Ideally also the colour of the wires I need to tap?

It’s a base audio 2010 uk RHD e92.

if you have full logic7 kit you do not need to run wires from amp to HU, you'll only need to connect smal MOST duplex wire from AMP to MOST junction box on the rear left arch under rear left part of the backrest of the seat

Thought I’d update the thread. Paid just slightly more for a newer system from the UK. Installed everything a month or so ago and put in an MMA box. All working very well.

Lesson learned about buying stuff like this from overseas. Had to claim the lot back from my credit card provider.
