Toyo T1R or Eagle F1 GS-D3
I know people have been asking questions about what tires to get and what's better, but I just can't make up my mind. They are about 150 ~200 different and both are good tires. I know it's a personally choice but I just want to hear from my fellow e90post members and some expert of tires.
Thanks in advance |

Toyo's reputation on the T1-R is bad tread wear. I was in the same position a month ago and just couldn't justify spending the small amount less for the T1-R with the reports out there. I bought the Eagle F1's and I am loving them. This by the way is the second car I had them on. My first was a 550 rwhp Lexus IS300. They are a very sticky tire with a great tread life.

I have no experience with F1's, but this is the 4th season on T1R's on my MINI, and the treadwear appears to be fine, and evenly wearing at all corners. Oddly enough, for a front drive car, the MINI is hard on rear tires. I rotate seasonly and they are holding up very well.
I will not hesitate to put T1R's on the E90 once the RE050's wear out. (Can't come soon enough) |

Toyo T1-R does have bad tread wear...Had it on my old 04 M3 and the rear tires went BALD at 5k miles!! (normal driving, did nothing crazy). With all the great review I'm reading, I order a set of F1 GS-D3 for my summer rims

Got the F1 GS-D3s recently and I like them so far. AutoXing on them this weekend so I'll really know then.

Love my F1's on my e38. Will be getting them on my e93 as well.
