Have anyone went to do service with JB4 set at 0?

My maintenance coming very soon, nut I got jb4 installed and don't really want to remove it for an oil change. Has anyone gone to dealer with jb in map 0?

Take the tune out unless you don't care that bmw tries to void your warranty.

I just whent for service with the JB4 set to map 0 and DCI for an end of warranty inspection. Got new rear breaks and oil change. car has been running great and was going to be out of warranty in two weeks so i really didnt care if they found it anymore.

I would still recommend you take the tune out tho.

30 mins (at most) is defintely worth 2 years of warranty for me so I'd take it out

when its on 0 map, the only way to detect the JB is to actually OPEN the dme box.
Or unless a saavy service advisor knows that you just have to push down on the volume and channel buttons to see if it has a JB4.

Many of my customers go in for maintenance on map0, but if you want to be on the safe bet then just remove.
