Picked up an '06 325xi about a month ago. Lovin it but not likeing the folks at BMW Gallery too much...

I notice you have KW coilovers. How is the ride? I understand that I need V1 or V3 for an X-drive. I have had only sport suspension on my previous 2 3-Series (E46 325 and E90 335,) and want something similar for my soon to arrive 335 X-drive. Can't decide between Dinan and KW. Where did you have the mods done?

The KW's are fantastic. I love them. I drive them through winter and summer and haven't had any issues at all. I personally have the V2's, but it depends how much you flexibility you want in terms of adjustability. V3's give you the most. I think for the Xi you are correct, you can go either V1 or V3's.

In terms of where I do my mods. It depends. For suspension I went to Integra Tire off of McLeod Trail by Chinook. They do a great job and also did my alignment. There are also other shops like Shenis, Viteks, and Motorwerkes that most people go to as well.

So I've been lurking in the Wash/Detailing forum and was wondering if anyone knew of any good detailers in Edmonton or Calgary? I figure I should get a full detail in the spring.

Checking in from Calgary, I didn't know Alberta has it's own now.

Had the 335XI since 2007, Monaco blue with Lemon leather interior. Basically unmoded, waiting after I decide to buy the car at Lease end this Sept. Car has everything except for Navi. The only extra is I use the E92 18 inchers as my winter set up. Will post pics later.

I have actually managed to keep it pretty clean. It's maybe a slight shade off from new, but still looks good. The only ugly part is wear on the driver side bolster from getting in and out of he car and even more so from the buttons on the pockets of my jeans. I clean the driver side religiously.
