On the website, what does this mean "Instruction is available for an additional $75 plus HST" ? Also, will they force me to register for lessons if they know that I am new to tracking?

Finally, can we arrive there early as I want to get used to the track before the advanced drivers join us ?!

For $75 you can have a professional driving instructor ride with you to show you how to handle the turns and learn the rules on the track. Its recommended if you are unsure what to do on the track, or if you try the track out and dont feel comfortable continuing throughout the day without some guidance.

You won't be forced to do this if you are a new driver, but if you do something dangerous on the track, you can be removed from the track for the rest of the day.

Track opens at 9am....not sure yet what time to meet yet. I for one, don't really want to wake up tooo early on a Sunday morning.
