obd question

don't own obd, but checking out a 2009 e92 to buy. had to rent obd because of time issue. Not familiar with it. I hooked it up, but not sure if ignition was on. I entered vin manually. Ran it several times. one time it came up w 8 codes

a8b6 frm;brake light left faulty
9cb3 frm: ride height sensor, front, faulty
93b3 frm: short circuit at fornt door contacts
aba9 frm: high beam/turn-off light, right, faulty
abb7 frm: brake light, right, faulty
abc3 frm: second brake light/adaptive brake light, left fault
9cc1 frm: stepping motor controller 9smc), left, signalling fault
a8c4 frm: second brake light/adaptive brake light, right, faulty

the other times it seemed like I only got 3-4 codes.

IC instrument cluster abnormal, dtc(1) = 9319 Kombi fuel-level sensor left

sgm-zgm(safety and gateway module (zgm) (jbe/jbe2/jbbf/kgm)
a6e4 jbe:fuel level sensor left

cas (car access system - cas/fem/bdc

frm (footwell module)

I never used obd before and had very little time to figure out the rental. Just tried to see if there were any codes at all.

Are all these codes something to worry about as far as buying the car? Or just some of them? since it was a dealer car, I didn't want to try anything active like clearing codes. Just tried to read only. I ordered an OBD that has bmw specific features, but it's not here yet.

thanx for any assistance
