Restraint Malfunction Warning light after removing seat

I removed my seat to get access to the sub because liquid detergent spilled in my front seat and down into the sub! I didnt unplug my battery before i unplugged and removed my seat. Now i have everything back together except the "restraint malfunction" light is on. I have idrive, is there a way to reset the light without going to shop?

theres a recall on certain models which my car wasn't effected by. In my case it was just thrown b/c it was unplugged when the car was on. Removing the battery for 15 minutes didn't reset the light. I had the error removed at a local shop and it hasn't come back on since.

It must be reset using a BMW scan tool or a shop.
