Oxygen sensor gone bad?

I recently decided to try out a Cobb AP and compare it to the JB4 I've been running. After trying it out for a while, the only thing that bugged me was the the SES light kept coming on even though the map I used had autoclear built in. Today I decided to dig a little deeper and researched the codes I was getting a bit more. I got a P2CF4 and P0133. According to the N55 code list, they're the same thing and and it says Oxygen sensor before catalytic converter, dynamics slow response. I do have a catless dp on the car, which normally causes a code from the downstream O2 sensor. That one is not throwing anything, which either means that the spacer I have on there is working extremely well or the Cobb is just clearing that code. So my question is, has anyone experienced an oxygen sensor failure yet? My car currently has 56k on it and it seems a little early for it to go. Also, does anyone happen to have the part number for that particular O2 sensor? Looking at tischer, there are way too many different ones and I am not 100% sure which one this code is referring to.

Thanks!

BUMP!

Any resolution? I am getting the same codes after installation of my 4in BERK Catless DP. I keep clearing the codes but they keep come back...they are like the herpes of OBD-O Codes. Sometimes I just get the PSCF4, other times I get the P0133 (which then triggers the SES).

Any thoughts would be great. Also would this cause any additional issues or "loss of power"?

I realized that I stupidly had a spacer installed on the pre-cat O2 sensor. Once I removed that and only left the spacer on the rear O2, it fixed the issue

Interesting. I had HELIX install the downpipe, I assume everything was installed correctly. If it continues I might have them look at it - only problem is they are 2hr away

You're gonna get a ses light either way if you have a catless dp but as long as it's the downstream sensor that's causing it, it's not an issue and a tune will autoclear it.

I do have a Cobb AP V3 installed, running Stage 2 Aggressive. Which I thought would autoclear it - but it keeps popping up... not sure why.
