I'm going to bepost what I wrote on another thread last weekend, but it's also fitting here:

Update. Mik325tds was kind enough to help me out with this today (thanks again). Turned out my OEM setting was wert_01 already. Found an old post from Mik325tds and his was also wert_01 (http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...&postcount=508). So, we changed mine to wert_00, and it took that coding value (335dsleeper I'm not sure why yours wouldn't take that value?).

Initial test on wet roads tonight shows this did the trick. I was able to brake stand hard enough to keep the car in place (had to press harder than I expected as the car creeped forward a bit before I pressed harder and stopped the forward progress, at which point the rear wheels started spinning) and I was able to modulate the fuel pedal and control wheel spin up and down without the DDE pulling fuel and bogging down. My quick test had several seconds of controlled spinning, and before I couldn't spin with the brakes applied for more than a fraction of a second.

Nice! I'm glad it worked. Thanks for testing and posting the results!

Torqu3 used Protool on my bar yesterday at the meetup in west Houston (Katy, Texas). I am unsure what werts were set to but it is hells bells with the DTC long pressed. I tested a little bit but stopped as i have new tires and it was raining. We all saw a DPS trooper with a silver Mercedes pulled over about 10 minutes later so I was glad i resisted the temptation. I have some older tires on my 193M rims that i will put on to further "investigate".

Torqu3, did you happen to see things on your programmer in terms of werts used?

Sorry if i'm re-opening the threads, but i'm interesting to code the eDiff/eLSD (the what is used on the 123d/135i/335i) on my E82 120d.
I just need to set C0F_DIFF_LOCK to Wert_02? I'm right?

Do you want to disable or enable eDiff?
COF_DIFF_LOCK = wert_00 disables the eDiff.

It should be enabled by standard coding it (with an empty FSW_PSW.MAN file). But yes, wert_02 is to enable it.
