No Crank For 2008 BMW 328i. A starter issue?

I have a 2008 BMW 328i with 94k miles. The car can't start all of a sudden a few days ago. There is a click when pushing the start button, but no crank. Tried to replace the battery, but still had the same issue.

Is this a starter issue?

Give the started a little tap with a long screwdriver while somebody hits the start button. If it cranks its a bad starter. Check the ground cable from the engine area to the L/F body. They corrode and cause this too. They turn green with corrosion and fall apart.
