It is pretty easy to make one. I used a 1/4" diameter x 12" long steel brake line with flared ends from NAPA and cut one end off. I actually made two nozzles from this 12" brake line, one 4" and one 8". The shorter one came in handy on cylinder #6 because of difficult access. I used these steel nozzles with flared ends to replace the ceramic tip on a Harbor Freight 20# pressurized blaster nozzle.

So I picked up 2 of each of the following
https://www.mcmaster.com/50635k562 https://www.mcmaster.com/50635k375 Then picked up a 12" brake line, and cut it into 4" & 8" lengths. I guessed on the bends, worst case scenario, I'll grab another and bend them again. Quick tip, while bending them before cutting is great for leverage, it makes getting the compression nut down very difficult. The corrosion protection is messed up from bending it before the nuts went on. |
