E91 Upgrades

Howdy Folks,
After my B6 S4 Avant died on me, Ive been looking to replace the hole in my heart.
Enter my new to me, one owner 2011 E91 328 XI 6MT with 40K miles.
Need mod suggestions for both visual and performance.
Preferably, Id to do most of this on a budget as I had to hop on this car from a dealership and they knew how bad i wanted it and charged me for the pleasure.

Id love to make it a little 328 m sport, on a budget here are my ideas.

First off: 3IM with BL coding once I can find one.

What other parts can I salvage from 335is?

335i brake upgrade:
Sounds like this should be a direct swap as ive got a wagon but not 100% sure.

Suspension:
Im thinking of doing a 335 m sport used upgrade instead of all new components, to save money. Good idea? Bad? Im not looking for extreme low or anything just a little lower with a bit more handling.
Pick these up?

Wheels:
Should be getting a set of m4 wheels this week from someone local.

Rear Cam:

Exhaust: ?

Id move to do m sport front and rear bumpers as well sooner or later but unsure how much this will run.
Id also love to find some m sport seats cause the stock ones are def not great

Any other helpful hints would be awesome!

Brdandon....i have a 2011 e91 rwd auto. I have done tons of mods/upgrades/cosmetics similar to what you are wanting to do. Way to much to list or post pics. Send me a pm, I’d be more then happy to explain and/or make suggestions.

Congrats on the purchase, nice looking wagon! Hard to believe it only has 40k on it.

I'm currently working on my suspension too, but the big things are the rear sub frame bushings (RSFB) and the hydro filled tension strut (I just ordered whiteline for RSFB and Strongflex yellow for TS).

The eibach springs are probably too low - many users on here have reported harsh ride with these since nearly riding on bumpstops with stock shocks.

Grinchboy and AJsalida a few years back put OEM sport springs (d code) with the same weight rating as our xdrive i (front) and c (rear) springs. You need to look up the spring codes based on a RWD with the sport suspension and the same options that your car has, as options will change the rating from d2 to d7 or so).

Spendy, but I have not heard anyone complain about Dinan springs with Koni yellow. Lowers ~0.5 to 1", gets rid of the floaty stock suspension feeling and corners flatter. This is probably my wish list, but will see how the ride changes after bushing replacements.

Good luck, lots of options to mod!
