Fitted Msport front bumper and some custom made headlights. Fully integrated Bi-LED. No bulbs in the main beam but my demon eyes are flickering. Still a work in progress and trying to get the beam just right. Does anyone know a by-the-book formula to set the beam?

dephrank some lenses have a + on it to mark where your beam should be adjusted to. If thats not possible find some level ground and a wall. Park about 25-30 ft from the wall. Measure from the ground to the center of your projector lense. On the wall adjust the (I think top?) beam with your measurements. I use painters tape to mark them. I also like to position the passenger side a half inch higher than the drivers

Thanks for the detailed response. Been told I need to aim the headlights at its highest from the vertical adjustment knob on the headlight switch too.

No problem. As far as manual adjustment goes I don'have any advice on that, mine are automatic. That would make sense though so you can adjust the height down when you have a heavy load in the trunk

Decided to brush the dust off and test spray the ugly cage. Going to be doing some work on this one for the next week or so to get it ready for sale.

1k miles in 1 day, no issues. N54 gives the mpg when you take it easy and the power when you need it.
Posting from mobile, hopefully the photos don’t blow up your screen!
