Clear Bra and Tint for my 335

Guys and gals,

Need some rec's for Clear Bra applications and installers, also Tint shops still debating on getting the huber optik or not.

Just went to Tint Plus last weekend for the F1 ceramic. great guys over there. Good job too.

Probably the most well-known clear bra place in SoCal is Aerotect. I'll be there on Tuesday next week. Francisco stands by the product and does a great job.

They do both autos and aircraft.

They did my car, brandonanix's (Brandon@EAS) M3 conversion car, Purple All Sectors, and a few others from this forum.

The dots came out fine, or as well as I can expect. Still waiting for everything to cure, but so far I'm a satisfied customer! Honestly, for ceramic, your options are limited in orange county.

There is a place in Stanton on Beach Blvd. called Best Tint.

They're great for tints and clear body bra.

A clear body bra is like $550 with installation and a tint starts at $150 for a 4 door sedan BMW.

Did you goto Aerotect for your clear bra???

I was just there yesterday with Long. Had a few places where they had to touch up because dirt was getting along the sides and they fixed it. They have the best service man.

What clear bra do they use? VentureShield? 3M?

Also, what is included for $550? That doesn't sound like much. Sounds like just the bumper, a few inches on the hood, and a few inches on either side of the fenders.

Ideally if money wasn't an issue, I would recommend a FULL hood and FULL fenders. I am COMPLETELY satisfied with my setup. I have absolutely NO WORRIES with minor debris hitting the car.

Custom M-Aero lip
Headlights
Foglights
Tow hook cap
Headlamp washer caps
Driver and passenger side mirrors
Driver and passenger side columns (either side of windshield)

I paid around 1k.
