Friend of mine got one for the same price. Its a dashboard so as long as its in good condition, being new probably doesn't matter to most people

i know i get it but mine was never used and is still in the box so its as new as it gets. anyone comes along and wants it un-used they can have it. spent too much on it to let it go for a quarter of the price i paid for it.

Just curious on if you know what the total cost in parts would be of converting from non idrive to idrive. No bluetooth or premium package in car either.

Depends, roughly 400+ for ccc; more for cic and screen.
Assorted connectors, wires and pins, prob another 50-100 just to be safe - I spent somewhere between there.
Center console trim, and controller, even more, at least another 150+

And some coding and time.

you can find used CiC professional navigation systems on eBay for atleast $800 and the CCC non professional ones for less. then to program it and everything else not sure but it can get pricey.
