Engine is almost ready to be pulled and the "new" engine has already been inspected and largely prepped for parts to be carried over from the old one.

If anyone needs any parts from the old engine, do let me know.

The old one, yes. Anything that doesn't get transferred to the new engine is up for sale. Megs335 expressed interest in purchasing the block but hasn't responded to my email yet. Anything he doesn't need from the block I'll be selling.

Do you need anything in particular?

Did your new engine come with turbos and a manifold or are you swapping those from the old engine?

No, it didn't. I'll be swapping them from the old engine. My friend is egging me on to do the hybrid turbo upgrade though since the engine is already out haha

Don’t need the turbos, thanks. Was more thinking a manifold.

Finally got the engine out. I'm quite pleased with the rate of progress so far. Small chance I might actually make my July 7th deadline.

FYI, I've got a spare intake manifold that came with the new engine.

Finally got all the parts swapped over to the new engine late last week. Replaced as many seals/gaskets as I could, cleaned out all the oil and dirt build up, and attached the transmission back to the engine. Didn't make my deadline before I left for vacation so it will all sit like this for another month until I get back, but it should all be easy going form this point on.

Finally got the car put together and running. If anyone needs parts off of the old engine, let me know.

Don't know how I missed your post last time around. I do have the intake manifold if you are still interested.

I have just about finished disassembly of the old engine and harvested any parts I may need in the future (as well as any parts that can be sold off). The rest will probably go to the recycling center. I'm not sure if anyone needs this or is interested, but I figured I'd post some pictures of what the internals look like in case anyone is curious how it all works or is doing diagnosis in the future.
