Bosch Icon OE blades are on sale at Amazon for around $17/each. I wouldn't trust their product finder though - it only showed the passenger side wiper. I went to another website and found that my coupe uses 20" and 18".

This thread popped up when I was searching for wipers for my 2007 335i sedan pre LCI and helped me out so I thought I would contribute. I ended up purchasing the Rain X Latitude wipers and they're awesome. I don't have any problems like others have stated. Super quiet too. Most other brands you'll have to discard the cover on the hinge..the Rain X ones were perfect and the cover fit back on. 24" for the driver side and 19" on the passenger. $40 from O Reilly's but I had a military discount. I recommend them.

I have a '10 E92, and finding blades is a PITA (this car uses a pretty unusual connector).
I tried some from Tire Rack, but they didn't last. Honestly, I've gone with OEM now, and for me, they work best. |

I use PIAA silencio wipers. They coat the windshield with a nice layer of silicon that imitates rain-x. The water doesn't bead quite as well as it would with a FRESH coat of rain-x, but the windshield is constantly being coated. This means no reapplication of rain-x every 2 hours.
I've only had them for a couple of weeks so I can't comment on the longevity. |

Like many topics on the board, this one was really helpful to me. I ordered some blades last year and they didn't fit under the connector cover. I now know that the Bosch OE's will fit.
Thanks. |

Bosch is the oem supplier on this part. I use the Bosch Icon. Nice blade. Run about $35.00 for a set.

Bringing up the old post...
I went to dealership today to replace my Wiper blade. I had 10% discount towards the wiper, and got it for 42 bucks including tax. Free installation. I was thinking about getting the bosch but i gave it a try. I think it's not a bad deal |

I still have my original blades from when I got it CPO in 2010. I almost never use them because I used Rain-x but I hated the application. Now I use Klasse AIO which cleans and protects and will never go back to Rain-x

Bosch aerotwin. Nuffsaid. They are good though. Quiet as well unlike some others.. Think they are more or less the same as the Icons...but the aerotwins are for the European market. Bosch is best. imo

I just bought my E90 used a couple of weeks ago, and after a few days of near constant heavy rain the driver side blade started buckling under itself and smacking the side of the blade into the windshield with a semi-loud THUD. No metal contact so I wasn't worried about scratching but it was annoying, especially when the wipers were going about 4x faster than they needed to on account of the rain sensor and the amount of rain x on the glass making wipers just barely necessary.
Guess I'll go grab a set of Bosch. |

Just changed mine last Friday, it has been 10 years since I owned this car. Finally couldn't take the squeaking and spent over $80 CDN from the "stearlership".

Just a note, you may get mixed results from a set of wipers based on the condition of your windshield. Case and point: I had some trouble with my existing windshield wipers leaving a streak and water right in my line of sight. Not to mention some bouncing at the end of each pass. I used a clay bar to clean off irregularities and some of the arc scratch pattern, and now the same set of wipers (3-4 years old) still on the car perform entirely differently. Much better! Streak and bounce are gone. It's almost as if I put new wipers on. Try it next time you think you need new wipers.

i Just had to replace my wiper blades and I paid $20 for the Rain X Expert fit blades at Wal-mart and they work and fit like a charm! Quiet, very good cleaning and you don't have to remove anything, factory covers snap right on. I feel like a lot of you guys go the more expensive route just because it's a BMW and you guys think expensive=better always. Which I have had tons of cars and find lots of stuff your just paying for the brand name
