Will 19inch tires rub against fender

Do any one know if a tire size (Front19"x8.5 and offset is +38 , Rear 19x9.5 offset is +40) would fit on a 2007 328i sedan. Would the tires be to big and rub against my fenders.

no - i think +40 should not because it will sit inside the fender.

and it happens to be, Yes it would fit too.

No it wouldn't rub i have 19x9 in rear with et37 and 15mm spacers and it doesn't rub...here's my pick but sorry this is without my 15mm spacers on!
