320d lci min brake front disk thickness

Hi, I have a 320d and have noticed a slight lip around my front disks.
So i measured them and readingwas 22.35 mm. I think i read somewhere the min thickness is 22.4 for these disks. They are the 312mm ones.
Euro car parts just says min is 22mm.
Im inclined to replace them. Last replaced 5 years ago with Ate disks and had no issues, done about 60k on them. Mot is not until august so have a good 5 months.
The pads have easily over half left on them so will keep these.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

just replace the discs. If they have a clear lip then just get rid

And fit new pads!
Don't put old pads onto new discs.
Save your worn pads for when the discs need their second set if you are concerned about binning them.

Yep disks have a lip and some scoring, got 65k miles from them so happy with that.
It does seem a bit of a waste with the pads, guess i will have to save them.

As above if you have a clear lip then time to replace and always replace with new pads too.

Well you say yourself that your old discs are worn and scored and your old pads will have worn to accommodate the wear of your discs.
If you use those pads on brand new discs you will not achieve maximum braking efficiency and your half worn pads will attempt to convert your new discs into replicas of the old. It is not so much of an issue when you come to replace the pads again as the discs will have worn anyway.
You'll probably be so pleased with improved braking feel and performance you will have wished you changed them a while ago!

Yep I thought so! Was thinking about light sanding the pads and putting them back on.
But I have ordered some brembo pads to go with new disks😏
Next thing is to renew the brake fluid, was last done in about 2017🙄
