FMIC Help.. Stett vs. Helix

I am trying to narrow my mod list and choose the most efficient FMIC on the market.. This is my dd, but I plan on doing some light track drags when I reach my projected power. I have narrowed it down to either Stett's FMIC or Helix's FMIC. The Stett seems like a great design but it also looks very heavy.. Can anyone give me some personal experience with either?

No benefit to which FMIC you run. We have just seen 100s of cars and 1000s of logs and through the data are able to see what FMIC we feel run better (IAT, flow, etc) through concrete data. As such we have a list of what we prefer / recommend to our customers.

those would be my top choices. I think helix and cobb have superior iat supression, but cp-e and ams flow really well. ams has the best looking endtanks i've seen for an intercooler on this car.

this is a funny topic. Everyone seems to have an opinion.
There's Helix, Stett, AA, Big Tom, ETS, Wagner, and many more. At the end of the day, get what suits your need best and budget. Most of these are better than our stock units so really, cant go wrong!

And I should mention, I have had both, Stett and Helix and quite frankly, up here in Canada, I cant tell the difference! I just sold my Stett unit for a Helix just for the fact that I could fit an M3 Rep bumper on my E90!

Not better than Helix. COBB's end tanks don't/can't flow as well as Helix end tanks, and increase pressure drop going into the core.
