I would stay away from 2008/323i and go for 2009 beside the LCI updates, Wheels, etc.. you will get a much better interior controls similar to the rest of e90s, plus an original warranty on top of the CPO, check BMW.ca a good example Parkview has 2009, 323 with 30,000 KMs with original good till Nov 2012 + CPO warranty asking price is 27K for me selling price should be 24-25K.

At $23k, they likely would accept anything over 20k. Considering it has CPO warranty and comes with 0.9% financing, 20k isn't too overpriced.
Or it wouldn't be in Western Canada where unemployment is virtually non-existant. |

This very car used to be mine, regardless of its price which i have no control over. It's in mint condition whoever ends up with it will love it, a little underpowered however, yes, how fast can you go really in the city?

Not if it is certified pre-owned. you have to take into account of the $3k-4k for the extended warranty, and a couple of grand if "fixing" up (or stage) your vehicle for re-sale. The dealership may only making be a few grand.
