Any one know what this is?

Im assuming this is an antenna cable (top picture) for sirus or hopefully for me, XM. Can someone confirm. I removed the ebrake boot and there it is.

Bottom picture is some prewired clip ready to be pluged into???? Any on know?

That wiring is for the BMW phone cradle. The cradle fits in the center console, hence the wiring location at the e-brake boot.

I guess there is no surprise prewired options in there for other devices, like ipod. The purple thing looks like an sat antenna jack.

avionics12 is correct, that is the harness and antenna connection for the factory cell phone docking cradle that mounts in the center console. the sat antenna connector is in the trunk under the floor panel in the recess. it is a pink plastic connector that looks just like the black one shown above.
