Update. i was able to change my VO to my cars VO using a BMW vin decoder. I ended up with this VO and I used http://bimmer.work/vin/b1f7388f1e839...9a4d7de553dc8/ to get my VO. I went ahead and updated the VO on the CAS and FRM. Hopefully, this is a good step in the direction I need to get my car fixed.

After changing VO make sure to default code the corresponding modules. CTM, CAS and FRM would be a good place to start

Another UPDATE. Thank you so much Joe@TopGearSolutions. He helped me get my car to finally Identify itself back to an E93 and not an E90. My windows work again now and my convertible top button is doing more but the convertible still doesn't work. The button lowers the front windows but my rears just drop about an inch then they stop. I hear mechanisms unlocking and such but it just flashes red and gives me a red convertible top logo on my dash. My rear window hall sensors are bad according to carly so my guess that's why the rear windows will not go down fully with one press and that is causing the top to not work. I am going to go ahead and order new motors for both right and left. ISTA doesn't show any fault codes from the CTM module and shows all the sensors are working fine.

Final Update. Everything is FIXED!!!! After default coding the JBB4 the back windows are now working and the convertible top is working! I am so thankful for your help guys especially Joe@TopGearSolutions for pming me and helping me for the past month. I can't express how thankful I am to have you wonderful people helping me fix my top and windows!
