Dual Shear Shift Rods

I'm considering a shifter refresh for my E90, possibly a short shifter and a dual shear shift rod.

I'm looking for recommendations on what to go for and also how much of the surrounding bushings are worth replacing

Bms short shift, selector rod, Turner poly shift arm bushings and poly trans mounts. Definitely a big upgrade. Also pick up a billetworkz shift knob.
