I think it's 8-10 weeks to ship to the West Coast and 6-8 weeks for the East Coast. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

About 6 weeks (West Coast) once it is headed to the port at Bremerhaven for shipping, assuming it was built in Munich. Best not to bother guessing though, just occupy your mind otherwise.

I got the information from BMW of North America, i just called regarding my previous lease and they were able to give me more info on my new car and production status....very helpful actually

Do you have a production number yet? If you do you can track it yourself calling the 800 number. You can also see the status in the BMW Owners Circle but its not as up to date as the 800#.

Mine is scheduled for production on Feb 11. Barbera Red/Saddle/Light Poplar and just about all the options except for active aruise and auto tranny. Already haven't been sleeping for weeks!!!

So if I have a Feb 11 production date, when should I be able to pick it up on the east coast?

my dealer did a swap! I wasn't orginally suppose to go into production til mid march.

well I called the 800 number this morning (with the updates production number) and the said it was in production scheduled to be finished feb, 12. I called this evening and it said that it is in transit! I hope they are not toying with my emotions. IF it is in transit about how long of a journey does betst have to make it to the States?
