Exclamation E90 318i: TIMING CHAIN NOISE?

Hey folks,
I am having some concerns over the noise of my engine. The car is approaching 93k miles, so fairly low to have timing chain issues also considering it’s also a petrol. I have posted the link below to the video which contains the noise of the engine (when warm), at both idle, and when revved to 2000-2500 RPM.
Am I being paranoid? Or does it sound like the timing chain is going to go soon?

This is urgent; please help me!
