1989 E30 325i coupe - A friend of my dads bought one and it was actually the second car I ever drove. First was a 1976 El Camino.

A few years later I bought that exact model. Hand crank for the sun roof and all.

The guy that I bought mine from had an E36 that he had dropped a 350 in. It was ridiculous!

1999 make 2000 model year Z3 Coupe 2.8, I was 18 at the time, still have the car. Awesome car to drive, very intuitive and fun to drive, even by today's standards...

Ex-gf's friend's E46 328i. Thing got to 80 pretty quick(for me back then), handled well and rode super smooth on the highway. I was kind of hooked from them on.

1977 320i - the day we picked it up new at the port. Had it for 20 years - until my daughter totaled it. This photo was about a month before it's demise.

I believe it was a 1979 or 80 535 with burgundy paint and black buff leather 4 speed...the car magazines called it the "barnstormer"
It revved nicely...had a cassette deck

Must have been a 530, because they didn't make a 535 in those years, except the M535 which had a 5-speed.

First I drove was a 1984 E28 528e. Was my mothers and it was a great car. First I personally owned was a 1988 325is manual trans and still wish I had kept it. Was in sales and drove all over GA, FL, TN and KY with that car. Have had E36 M3 manual, E46 330i Coupe manual Trans, E39 530i also one of the best, E53 X5 4.4 and finally the f30 335i manual.

Guy I was at college with bought a 325 TD, that was the first ever one and i loved it.

I couldn't afford one at the time, I was stuck with Vauxhalls and what not then on to Honda (never again)..then when I test drove my first 320D...I was in love and drove them ever since.

Truthfully, I never drove a BMW till a week ago. Test drove a BMW M2, and man, I was amazed and that's what pulled me into the BMW scene.
