Best way to create custom reflectors (duke dynamic squad diffuser) ?

I love the diffuser, but I feel the area highlighted would look better with a reflector in it like on the F3x series M sports. I know I can get reflective red vinyl for it, but wondering if there's a more professional way to get an actual custom reflectors to fit?

Could be 3D printed pretty easily, there is red translucent filament that would work pretty well.

Nice advice, I'll look into it!

I am under huge deadlines/major changes at work, there is no free time on any of the printers for the next foreseeable future... unless we get more, otherwise I would probably help you give it a go.

Haha, the open holes just bugs the shit out of me, like it's suppose to be there. I can take them out if they look terrible.
