check engine errors from running engine out of oil or just burning a wire

guys, getting these codes:

glow plug 4a6e
power management quiescent current 3eed
air system, air to egr mass flow plaus 4865
exhaust particulate filter differential pressure 4bf4
boost pressure control, control deviation 4530
particulate filter system 480a
particulate filter system 481a
air flow sensor 4bc2
intake 4831
exhaust back pressure, signal 4d00
smoothness regulator cylinder 6, 4595
rail pressure plausibility quantative 4590

my kid was driving the D home and got a error message, low oil pressure and continued about 2 miles and got home... parked the car and all the rest of the oil (not sure how much) continued to blast out... most likely out of the turbo oil cooler line #1 (the hard one to swap). I made the swap and accidently burned the wire that runs from under the large turbo near the front up around the pipe the runs from turbo to intercooler. anyone know what this wire does? i repaired poorly and still had no starts then properly repaired and instantly started again and ran.

Drove today in limp mode to get exhaust system gutted and car completely died on the highway, luckily i was able to pull over.. got towed and now at the exhaust shop ready to remove dpf, gut, replace and bypass the cat. i'm keeping the stock exhausts as i want to minimize the sound and not bring an unwanted attention to black smoke that will come out my pipes.

sounds like i will need a tune though not sure why... i already have a jr tune with egr bypass

question is would any of these errors be caused by running the motor out/low on motor oil?

If you burned the wire and had a short it could set off other codes, due to the funny power management shutting things off to try to protect from the shorted wire.

The version of the tune that codes out the EGR differs from the version that stops DPF regens and nukes the DEF/SCR injection.
