Sat radio recognized in Entertainment section but does not show on radio for selectio

As per Bimmertech, I acquired a sat radio part # 919227319981
This is sopposed to be the part number for a 2007 E91. It looks correct as my wiring does not have the extra wires for a fan. I installed the radio and coded out the Sat prep and coded in the sat radio. When I go in and check, it shows the Satellite radio in Bimmer tools under Entertainment module, and it shows no errors. Still no Sirius on radio. Started looking at functions and checked the VIN for the radio. There was no VIN number showing for the Sat radio, so I edited the VIN and it defaulted to my car's VIN and saved. I then went to read VIN from the Sat radio, and it now shows my VIN number. Sirius still does not show on radio. What have I missed doing?
Thank you

Note: When I coded in the radio, I did save to CAs and FRM. Bimmer tools automatically default to these two.

To be clear, you have a BMW Professional radio and not a CCC or CIC (iDrive?).
I concur with the post above - check your MOST loop to make sure it’s communicating properly. A list of options installed (CD changer, Logic 7, etc.) would be helpful too.

No signal showing from Sat antennae

I have got to the point where everything is configured. Eventually found the SDARS parameter in ProTools and set it to active. Now everything shows up correctly but when I go to Satellite Radio, it sits there "Acquiring". When I go into the Sat radio module in Protools, it shows both antennae are connected but the signal strength is 0. I presume this means that the cable is properly connected, and it is talking to the antenna module. Is there another parameter I need to change? If not, what is the next logical step in troubleshooting?

I’d check the wiring in the tailgate. The E91 is notorious for broken / kinked wires there.

Are you equipped with CCC (iDrive)? If so, do you receive a GPS signal?

No Idrive so no GPS. Vehicle was prewired for Sat radio. The sharkfin is in the roof so there should not be any wiring going through the tailgate. This is an E91 wagon. Aerial and Terrestrial antennae show as connected so it is recognizing the antennae which should indicate that the wiring is OK, at least to the antenna module at the sharkfin. Unlikely that there is an issue with the wiring between the sharkfin and the actual antennae.

No indication I have any of those.

I don't think any of those are installed. I have an extra set of fibers at the MOST connector that would have been for one of those. Is there a place in the configuration where I can check with ProTools. So far in Protools, I have not seen any of those modules show.

Configuration

The car was prewired for both CD Changer and Sat radio. No Bluetooth or Telephone. Since it did not come with the CD Changer the back left interior cover was not the bump style that would have been used for the CD changer but the fibers and power for both were there. I have used the cd changer connections to install a MR13Volt unit for Bluetooth which is working very well and used the Sat radio connections for Sat radio. I had to fabricate a custom bracket to mount the radio and fit in the fender well. Note that the E91 used a different Sat radio than the sedan and coupe so it doesn't use a fan like the sedan.
