I'm looking to make room in the garage and have my spider spoke style 142 wheels for sale (17x7, ET47). A potential buyer is interested but would be mounting them on a 09' 328xi which came with OEM spider spoke style 157s (17x8, ET34). Has anyone ran these 1 series wheels with a 10mm spacer on a 3 series? I understand the tire will be more narrow, but he is looking for winter wheels that will fit. My math says they should fit, but I don't want to sell him something that wont work.
